Clean up crew will remove trash and ensure parking lots and surrounding spaces remain free of debris throughout and after the event. 

Team Assists with the setup, operation, and breakdown of stage and performance areas to ensure events run seamlessly. Responsibilities include moving equipment, coordinating with performers and event staff, maintaining stage organization, and cleanliness, and support various operational needs throughout the event.

Parking attendants will assist by directing the cars into their designated parking spaces.

Conduct bag checks, monitor entry points, enforce venue policies, and maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times. 

Shuttle drivers will shuttle guests from parking lot to the event entrance area.

Ticket scanners are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient entry experience for all guests. Duties include scanning tickets, verifying entry credentials, directing attendees as needed, and providing friendly customer service at all entry points.

Traffic control personnel will assist and direct a steady flow of traffic while also keeping the area safe for pedestrians.

Provides a separate Valet parking area for guests and can verify Valet passes if needed.

Provides a separate V.I.P parking area for guests and can verify special passes if needed.
