"I am excited to see EPS evolve from the ground up. 15 years ago, as the Director in charge of Parking at the Fort Bend County Fair, I was challenged with coming up with a solution to the huge parking issue. I thought about it, brainstormed, drew traffic diagrams with time lines, created a plan, etc. I knew I needed a Leader and a team to execute the plan. The leader needed to effectively communicate the plan and be able to adjust in mid stream if needed. I didn't know who the entire team would be at the time, but I knew exactly who I wanted the Committee Chairman to be, Mr. Brad Hart. He was already a FBCFA volunteer on the Safety Committee, was coachable and had great communication skills. Brad and I met several times and walked and talked about the plan. He had better ideas than I did and I let him run with his ideas. I was there to simply support him as needed and at times I was his assistant. I never told him "No, that will not work." We simply made adjustments on the fly as needed. 

For 15 years, Brad has remained the Chairman and created a team that effectively communicates and executes the daily goals. The results are very clear and organized
